 All glitter orders will take a minimum of 1-3 business days to process, this gives us time to pack your orders and confirm quality. All orders are shipping via USPS, the minimum shipping time will be outlined during checkout, a typical 1-4 business days for domestic priority and a minimum of 3-7 business days for the domestic first class is required for your order to arrive, this does NOT include processing time so please be mindful of this when selecting your shipping option.

 All addresses MUST be verifiable through USPS, if your address is not confirmed we will attempt to reach out to you 2 times within 4 days to correct your address before your order is canceled. If you entered the incorrect address for your order, please email us at info@emeraldwestandco.com, including your name and order number to correct the shipping address. Unfortunately, no changes can be made after your order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for re-routing mail or replacing the order, and no refunds will be given for customer errors. If your order does not arrive a waiting period of 14 days will be required before a claim can be opened with USPS, no refunds will be issued until the claim is resolved with USPS.

 While we make every attempt to outline the best uses for our glitter, some variance may occur. Due to this, we cannot guarantee that glitters will not bleed if submerged in any liquid. Additionally, polymer clay or resin slices may contain "error" slices, this is because they are mass-produced so it is impossible to prevent some errors from passing through inspection. Additionally, thickness and width will vary as well.
