Emerald West & Co
Emerald West & Co was born from the idea of supplying glitter and other crafting supplies in a way that wasn't just sales but a community.
I am a crafter like you that made things that sparkled but I was often limited to colors, sizes or uses of glitter.
We want to help you navigate your purchase by highlighting our products uses so that it takes the guesswork out for you and ultimately want to offer an astronomical variety!

Earn rewards by shopping and interacting with us! We want to show our appreciation for your support of our business! You'll earn Emeralds in a few different ways! Like and Share us on Facebook, Follow Us on Instagram, Follow us on TikTok! And for every $1 you spend you will earn 5 Emerald Points. For every 100 Points you will be eligible for $1 dollar towards your order Purchase points are calculated based on the subtotal, not including shipping or taxes! How much glitter am I really getting?
All of our glitter is weighed and packaged by weight! That means we do not include the weight of the container. Additionally we do not package by volume unless the listing specifies this. Each product contains the exact amount that you purchase in actual product.
Some containers may seem less full than others, that can be caused by a few different things but most commonly the smaller the glitter (such as fine) the less room it takes up, but you are still getting the same amount no matter which you purchase!
How long till my order ships?
We can't wait for you to receive your order either! We do our best to stick to a turn around time of 1 business day meaning we would most likely ship it either same day or the next day depending on what time of day you order, please keep in mind though that this does NOT include shipping time which is estimated at checkout, however USPS may experience delays that are out of our control. We ship Monday through Saturday, generally orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will go out on Monday however we cannot guarantee this, and it is not accounting for holidays.
We want you to be satisfied with your entire experience with us! To ensure the lowest cost and quickest ship time we ship with USPS from Oklahoma! Our site will calculate your shipping cost based on your location and the weight of your package then you can choose First Class if your package is small enough or Priority or Priority Express!
Damaged Order: If your product was damaged in transit, you must provide photo proof of the damaged product INCLUDING the packaged that the product was shipped in so that we may file a claim with USPS. If you do not supply photos of reasonable damage to BOTH the product AND the package then you will not be eligible for a replacement. Send us an email with your photos and order #.
Lost Mail: We are not responsible for lost mail. It is the customers responsibility to contact USPS with the provided tracking # you received via email when your order was shipped. In some case we may be able to assist you with this process however, no replacements will be shipped prior to the waiting period that USPS requires which can range from 7-21 business days but can be longer in some cases. Only once USPS has determined your package cannot be found will a replacement be sent. If USPS is able to locate your package you will be responsible for coordinating the redelivery as well as any fees that may be incurred.
Incorrect Shipping Info: It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout, please always use the USPS verified version of your address to avoid lost or delayed mail. If you need to change this information and your order has not yet shipped send us an email and we will adjust the address if possible. No refunds or replacements will be sent due to incorrect shipping info, if your package is returned to us you will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees.
Delayed Mail: Our estimates change depending on the updates we receive from USPS, however sometimes your order may be delayed, this is out of our control and we are not liable for these issues. We ask that you please be patient with USPS as they attempt to deliver your order. Keep track of your order through USPS tracking tool. No refunds or replacements will be given due to any issues with USPS.
Refunds & Returns
We understand mistakes happen, we want to be as accommodating as possible, if you need to cancel your order be sure to do so within 2 hours of placing your order to ensure it is not shipped, once your order has been ship it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Additionally we are not able to refund damaged products, however in some case depending on the type of damage we can replace your products.
Returns/Refunds are not given in any case for any reason, however if you are experiencing an issue with your order you are encouraged to send us a message so that we can help!
You can pay a few different ways! You can pay through our secure site, through PayPal or you can get more now and pay later with Afterpay, you will see all of these options at checkout!
Chargebacks are no fun, so we try our best to help you! Be sure to contact us about any issues with your order and we will do our best to find a solution for you!
